Agreement
By using Chabits you accept these terms and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which also applies to installations from the App Store. Where these terms conflict with Apple's EULA, whichever protects you more prevails. The service is provided by Inithex Consultoria Integral SPA.
What Chabits is
A game for building habits, alone or with someone else, on a board. It is not a medical, nutrition or training service.
Your account
You can play on your phone without an account. To play with someone else and use cloud AI you need an account verified with your email. You must be 16 or older, use your own email and keep access to it safe. Accounts are personal.
Two-player challenges
Play fair. Another person will see your display name and secret prize: they must follow the Community guidelines. You can report and block another player at any time. We may suspend challenges or accounts that break these terms.
Your content
What you write or upload stays yours. You only allow us to store it and show it to your challenge partner under the game rules, and to review it if someone reports it. That permission ends when you delete it or your account.
AI estimates
Calories estimated by the AI are approximate and can be wrong. Check and correct them before relying on them. Do not use them for health decisions. You can report any result from the app.
Chabits AI subscription
Each verified account gets 10 free AI requests in total. After that you can subscribe to Chabits AI, a monthly auto-renewing subscription charged to your Apple or Google Play account, depending on where you buy, when you confirm the purchase.
It renews every month at the price shown in your store unless cancelled before renewal. For Apple, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel it in Apple or Google Play subscriptions, depending on where you bought it. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel it.
Refunds are decided by the original store, Apple or Google Play, under its rules. The game, manual logging and barcode lookup stay free without a subscription.
Prohibited use
Do not try to bypass the quota or payments, access other people's data, automate accounts, attack the service or use it for anything illegal.
Availability and changes
We do our best to keep Chabits working well, but it may have bugs or downtime. We may improve or change features; if a change affects you significantly we will tell you beforehand.
Ending
You can stop using Chabits and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may close an account that seriously breaks these terms, telling you unless the law prevents it.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Chabits is provided as is and we are not liable for decisions made using AI estimates or for indirect losses. Nothing here limits the rights consumer protection law gives you in your country.
