Your rights and deleting your account

See and export
Settings → My data → Export my data creates a file with what is on your phone and what the server keeps about you.
Correct
Change your name, character and language in Settings. For anything else, write to hello@inithex.com.
Delete your account
In the app: Settings → My data → Delete my account. Your account and all your server data (profile, challenges, progress, prizes, reports, blocks and subscription status) are deleted, along with the app data on this phone. Copies you exported and your phone backups are not affected.
Without the app: use the account deletion web page, verify your email with a code and confirm.
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription: cancel it in Apple or Google Play subscriptions, depending on where you bought it.
Withdraw AI permission
Privacy → Withdraw AI permission. Chabits will ask again before sending anything. What was already sent cannot be retrieved because we do not keep it.
Object or ask for more
Write to hello@inithex.com from your account email. We reply within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.
